**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software Incidents/problems
- Provide support to the business
- Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and Problems
- Create, manage and evolve polices, processes and procedures
- Create and manage a SharePoint documents records library
- Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s)
- Prioritizing and managing several open cases and mini projects at one time
- Establishing a good working relationship with the business and 3rd party support

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma with minimum 4 years experience in Wintel server support
- Scripting languages like VBScript, BAT, and PowerShell, among others, in addition to VMWare and virtualization technologies
- Windows Clustering and Windows Active Directory
- Microsoft Windows Server OS, such as DHCP, DNS, AD, and CA.
- Creation and management of virtual machines and server configurations on networking, clustering DNS, SCCM, SMTP, SCOM, etc
