**Overview and purpose of the position**
To manage and support the drive, design and development of NUHS Academy’s Leadership, Nursing and Allied Health Centre of Excellences. The role would include the development of learning pathways, competency frameworks, skills matrices and related learning curricula and programs to build the One-NUHS Leader-Manager, Nurse and Allied Health Professional.
**Responsibilities**
- _Manage and implement Academy’s COLE, CoNE & CAHE development _
- _Design and develop progressive & learning pathways for managers, nurses and AHPs. _
- _Carry out job evaluation, identify job competency gaps, learning needs & implement related job role IDPs _
- _Develop Job Competency Frameworks and related Job role skills maps _
- _Design and develop program architecture & curricula _
- Work with institutions on skills inventory management and drive related job re-design and JST initiatives with each job family domains
- _Work with stakeholders on formulating common guidelines/policies and quality standards _
**Requirements**:
- Masters degree preferably in HRD, Education or training related domains.
- Minimum 10 years in human resource develop or related learning & development experience; working in large public or private sector organizations. Key competencies required include:

d. Learning Evaluation and Operations
e. Talent Management and Development
- Good Stakeholders Management
- Good Project and Team Management
- Proficient in MS Office
