We focus on delivering actionable insights and facilitating partnerships that enable companies to engage with the right stakeholders, drive innovation, and expand into new markets.
We are launching an industry event focused on electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
Are you passionate about marketing, events, and the future of electric mobility? Upsight is looking for driven and creative interns to support our event. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industry engagement, digital marketing, partnerships, and event operations while working on a high-profile initiative.
**Position 1: Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement Intern**
- Outreach to corporates and industry groups to drive participation at the event
- Coordinate co-marketing opportunities with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and other key stakeholders
- Organise free-to-attend educational talks for visitors
- Support other business development activities
**Position 2: Digital & Social Media Marketing Intern**
- Produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Develop and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) partnerships with content creators
- Invite relevant influencers, content creators and ambassadors to attend and cover the event
- Curate articles and blog posts on EV trends, policy, and innovation
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, speakers and exhibitors for content
- Manage social media and Google ad campaigns
- Track and analyse campaign performance (Google & social media analytics)
**Position 3: Event Experience & Operations Intern**
- Assist with event logistics, on-site coordination, and venue setup
- Ensure a seamless event experience for attendees and exhibitors
- Support speaker and exhibitor management
- Undertake other administrative tasks as required

- Available from now until mid-April on a full time / part time basis (at least 30 hours a week)
