Growing fast, we’re now looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our exciting company.
**The Role**
This role’s main responsibility is to execute on typical Finance, and administrative tasks. You're naturally talented in organizing, communicating, motivating and full of positive energy.
You can work independently without much supervision, and you only settle for excellent results. You are a highly conscientious, detailed, meticulous and structured person with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You are also a genuinely positive and humble individual who excels in an organization with high pace and quick changes.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in finance operations, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial positions and balance sheet (P&L), accounts receivable (customer billing), and payable
- Support day-to-day operations including customer support, order fulfillment, and inventory management
- Assist in expenses tracking including handling of expenses claims
- Assist to track key metrics such as inventory levels
- Manage digital product stocks with merchants and update them on our internal e-commerce platform
- Ensure proper replenishment of gift cards and timely distribution to our partners and consumers
- Assist on handling customer support inquiries
- Assist on other administrative task
- Any other duties or projects assigned by the Financial Manager
