As part of the E-commerce team, this role is responsible for driving online performance through the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, and Criteo. The E-commerce Digital Executive will set up and manage campaign tracking, product feed updates, SEO efforts, and performance reporting to support traffic growth and conversion targets, as well as assisting on daily orders processing. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong command of tools like SFCC, GA4, and GTM.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, implements and manages sponsored campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, Bing and Criteo for traffic and conversions together with Marketing Team.
- Setting up and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget is in line with the estimated budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
- Monthly update on product feed for dynamic ads for remarketing purpose
- Develops social media plans and drive awareness for key products and newly launched products.
- Close collaboration with Marketers, Designers on digital marketing consistency.
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Monthly performance reporting and channel analysis on web and mobile ecommerce.
- Competitors’ site study to identify opportunities for competitive improvement.
- Works with e-comm team on products placement and accurate pricing for an effective promotional campaign.
- Works closely with mobile app developers on deep linking, Facebook API Integration, Firebase/GA4 set up.
- Develops social media plans for mobile app.
- Develops and executes on-page SEO, include product content and URL structure.
- Monitors organic traffic and search ranking with the use of SEMrush for SEO.
- Assist with daily E-com Operations (Orders and Fulfilment)
- Willing to learn and explore new platforms and technology.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SFCC.
- **Experience in tracking SEM / SEO**and well as good understanding of GTM
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
