**JOB PURPOSE**
- The Manager of Partnerships & Training plays a pivotal role in fostering and managing strategic partnerships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organisations, private sector entities and family offices, business communities and international organisations. This role primary centers on cultivating, nurturing, and strengthening collaborative relationships with these stakeholders, ultimately serving as a catalyst for initiating collaborative projects with foreign governments.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Partnership Development**:

- Identify potential partners, both domestic and international, that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and their areas of expertise.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders.

**Partnership Strategy**:

- Support the company's leadership to define the overall partnership strategy and objectives.
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for partnerships, outlining clear goals and outcomes.

**Proposal and Agreement Management**:

- Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals, agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with potential partners.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives and projects such as capacity building programmes, webinars, etc. and ensuring that they are executed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the the company to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

**Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Regular reporting on the progress and results of partnerships to the leadership of the company.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Organize and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and events to engage partners, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing among all partners.

**Budget and Resource Management**:

- Manage the budget allocated for partnership initiatives and ensure responsible financial management.
- Optimize the use of available resources for partnership-related activities.

**PREREQUISITES**
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the field of international partnership is required for this position
- Positive attitude, meticulous and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Able to build relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously but part of a small team
- Keen interest in international cooperation work and an appreciation of the developmental experience of Singapore
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the public sector handling partnerships and international relations experience will be an added advantage
- Less of travelling (working more with public & private sectors in Singapore to form training platforms)
