**Key Responsibilities**

Quantity Surveying: Prepare detailed M&E quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates for electrical and mechanical systems.

Drafting & Documentation: Draft shop drawings and compile as-built documentation for electrical layouts, piping systems, and HVAC works. Ensure all drawings are updated to reflect on-site changes and meet project requirements.

Regulatory Compliance: Manage documentation for Building and Construction Authority (BCA)submissions and coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure regulatory approvals and compliance.

Site Coordination: Conduct site measurements and verify M&E work progress against contractors’ claims. Coordinate closely with the site team to support effective project execution and resolve any M&E-related issues on site.

Procurement Support: Assist with procurement by obtaining and analyzing supplier/subcontractor quotations and contributing to cost assessment and budgeting for M&E works.

**Qualifications**

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Singapore as an M&E Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter (local experience is strictly required).

Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting, Microsoft Excel for budgeting, and standard QS software (e.g., CostX or equivalent) for quantity surveying tasks.

Codes & Standards: Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and standards for electrical and mechanical works (experience with BCA regulations and submission procedures is highly valued).

Certification: Possession of relevant certifications (e.g. BCA certification in electrical/M&E) is an advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional: Possession of a Class 3 Driving License is a plus (optional).

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
