**Job description**:
**Brief Description**:
Implementation, handling and troubling network-related matters

**Scope of Work**:

- Engineer to participate in management, prioritization, minor enhancements / fix activities, problem management, stability analysis, etc. Engineer to be proactive in nature thus identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvements.
- Design and Implementation
- Advanced configuration and Troubleshooting
- Analysis of technical issues and permanent fix/solution
- Implementation of Change Request & Creation of Problem Management Report
- Implementation of Enterprise Devices for Data centre and DR site, perform switchover /failover activities
- Troubleshooting of cluster failures, all NW Devices for DR related problem etc
- Work on issues that couldn’t be resolved by team
- Design security policy and audit plan
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
- Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
- Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
- WIFI technologies such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and wireless security. Experience with heat map coverage mapping.
- Coaching junior engineers on how to resolve common issues.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant network certifications, **Prefer to have Cisco CCNA certification**:

- Minimum 3 years of IT experience in network management and 6 years experience in configuration management, technical support, and network/security administration is preferred
- Good knowledge of Rack & Stack, Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN and LAN and WAN technologies such as TCP/IP networking
- Strong experience with high end network equipments & IT security
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Possess good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage high end network equipment's.
- Ability to articulate well enough and have stakeholder management skills.

**Contract Type**: 12 months (Renewal)

**Salary**: SGD4,000 to SGD5,000

**Location**: Punggol / East Coast / Jurong

**Working Hours**: Rotational shift
- i. Mon - Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm (onsite), Sat 9:00am to 1:00pm. (onsite)
- ii. Mon - Fri 10:00am to 7:00pm (onsite), Sat 9:00am to 1:00pm. (onsite)

**Commencement**: Immediate
