**_Drive global game distribution and operations _**alongside, key pillars being to ensure stable operation of products and increase volume
- **_Advertising strategist: _**You will help to drive ad campaign strategies for launch and post-launch optimisation through all relevant digital channels (Facebook, Google, etc). You will help lead collateral production, evaluate digital ad channels, and drive to conversion
- **_Community engagement leader _**:Drive and implement best standards and practices in community engagement, goal being to build, maintain, and grow the community of players through organic channels
- **_Game Launcher: _**You will be responsible for game releases and launches, working closely with technical team to ensure game launch is smooth and accessible to target audience day-1 onward
- **_App store management: _**Responsible for the listing and maintenance of all relevant available mobile app stores, end to end (setting up recommendation engine, ASO, product translation outsourcing, localisation, online testing, version maintenance)
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Five or more years of mobile gaming industry experience is key for this role
- Prior leadership experience running small to medium teams, with focus on people management and mentorship capabilities
- Prior experience in either startups or multi-national gaming companies is welcome
