And we’re looking for an **Assistant Restaurant Floor Manager**who’s ready to lead with confidence, bring good vibes, and elevate the guest journey from the moment someone walks in.

- **Lead the floor with heart**- Set the tone for each shift and guide the team to deliver amazing service.
- **Coordinate like a pro**- Work closely with the kitchen to keep orders smooth and timely.
- **Coach and uplift**- Support and mentor junior staff to grow with confidence.
- **Jump in when needed**- Roll up your sleeves and handle service situations with calm and clarity.
- **Maintain high standards**- Keep the dining environment safe, clean, and welcoming.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- You’ve got **1-2 years**of experience in a supervisory or floor leader role (F&B background a plus).
- You’re **people-savvy**—can read a room, connect with guests, and lead a team with empathy.
- Organized, quick-thinking, and not afraid to take the lead when things get busy.
- Positive energy, strong communication, and always ready to learn and grow.
- **Work Location**:Multiple outlets available islandwide
- **Working Hours**:5-day work week
- **Late-night transport**:Provided after 11:30 PM
- **Salary Range**:Competitive, with up to $150 punctuality incentive
