Sr Manager, Coe for Production Planning

This role focuses on using, maintaining, and improving the Warehouse Operations work processes and technology. This role ensures the work process adheres with the company standards and any local/site regulations. This also includes building the capability to execute the work process by providing training. This role will be the single point of contact for any process of the warehouse system solutions development, change or implementation.
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Innovation**:
Identify new solutions/systems to be used
Develop global work process standards for warehouse solutions
- This includes both solutions and systems
- Lead the Warehouse change board
**Governance**:
Set and define the standards and the measures which is aligned with the company’s goals and directions
Own alignment with other functions about the global standards
- Compliance
- Finance/Costing
- Planning/Operation
Provide guidelines/directions for start-ups, acquisitions, or implementations
**Mastery**:
Expert with the inventory/warehouse/production processes and solutions:
- Plan and execute formal inventory management procedures which provide for efficient and effective physical inventory counts
- Schedule and delegate daily cycle counts as required and create, maintain, and distribute inventory and ensure reports to stakeholders
- Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles of actual counts reports.
- Ensures inventory count policies and procedures in support of audit compliance.
- Supports execution of analysis on inventory, excess and obsolete by interacting with team members, cost accounting, internal and external audit and other departments
- Ensures production performance KPIs goals are set, maintained and tracked daily for improvements. KPIs include cycle count accuracy %, cycle count Net $ % accuracy.
- Maintain high level of Quality, Customer Service, and regulatory compliance
- Set inventory replenishment rules and monitor inventory performance against targets
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices
- Support analysis and resolution of inventory discrepancies, proceed to systematic lessons learnt
- Train, coach and develop warehousing, logistics, shipping, or production teams to follow defined processes of the sites/regions
- Maintain the global work process documentation
- Promote and ensure a safe work environment
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in this field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in inventory, audit compliance and operational procedures.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar BSS a plus
