**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO, etc.
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation is processed in time and complies with customers’ requirements.
- Ensure all inbound clearance is cleared in time.
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas offices, customers and shipping forwarders to ensure smooth transactions in shipments.
- Arrange courier of samples and documents.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
