Basic Function:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer and responsible for all secretarial duties of the Engineering Department.

The job role includes but not limited to:

- Provide secretarial services to the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer and handle all correspondence in the Engineering Department.
- Handle and coordinate the office administration according to the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer's instructions and the policies and procedures established by the Hotel.
- Receive all incoming correspondence and submit to Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer.
- Prepare monthly utility report for the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer.
- Keep all files in order and up to date.
- Make requisitions for office supplies.
- Arrange appointments and answer phone calls for the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer.
- Update work schedules of the department, attendance, day-off, medical leave, PH and Annual leave into the Payboy system.
- Receive consumption reports from Duty Engineers, Supervisors and Senior M&E Technicians and compile statistics.
- Keep complete set of structural, mechanical, architectural, electrical, ventilation, plumbing, furniture drawings as well as paints and finishes schedules relating to the Hotel's facilities, plant and machineries.
- Keep plant and equipment history files up to date.
- Organise, attend and take minutes of the Engineering Department meeting.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Follow up on all orders, instructions, rules and regulations that may be issued by the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer.
- Ensure proper and efficient distribution of inter-departmental and external mails.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer.

Job Requirement:

- Min GCE "O" Level.
- Min 2 years of experience.
- Pleasant, hardworking and good inter-personal relationship.
