- Helping to plan each construction stage
- Monitoring build progress
- Preparing sites before construction work begins
- Supervising contractor teams
- Install, fabricate and alter parts at site (construction / residential)
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools and equipment
- Cleaning the site by removing hazards materials and debris from worksite
- Knowledge of Construction drawing
- Knowledge of meansurement
- House keeping
- General works
- Able to work night schedule
- At least 5 years of relavent experience
