Site Management:
Ensuring safety and quality control on-site, managing materials and plant resources effectively.
Daily Operations Management:
Supervising tasks, managing teams, and ensuring timely progress of projects by adhering to a master schedule and controlling costs.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma (additional technical certifications or training may be beneficial).
Experience:
Previous hands-on experience as a technician, ideally in mechanical, electrical, or construction fields.
Multitasking Skills:
Ability to work across various functions and coordinate with professionals from different trades.
Communication:
Able to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical staff or clients.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfort with MS Office for scheduling, reporting, and tracking.
Health and Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on-site.
Problem-Solving:
Strong mathematical skills to analyze problems and implement practical solutions effectively.
