You will join our Quality department to support and facilitate failure analysis activities such as (but not limited to) identification, investigation, re-production and documentation of systematic failures relating to the firmware and software of our products.

**What you will do**:

- Assist in initial review and evaluation of incoming complaints to identify potential cases of systematic failures
- Support engineers in the investigation of such potential systematic failure cases to understand the failure conditions and triggers, including setups/configurations/steps that results in the failure
- Responsible for executing a range of tests as per the defined test plans
- Thoroughly document all test conditions, results, and findings as part of reporting
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining the in-house failure analysis lab, including all testing tools and equipment
- Provide valuable insights into the issues to facilitate subsequent investigation process
- Any other support to the Failure Analysis (System) team

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Minimum 3 years of previous demonstrable experience within a similar technical role
- Understanding of basic inspection, troubleshooting and problem solving techniques
- Familiar with software testing techniques and procedures
- Strong documentation skills
- Personal competencies_
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
