**What You'll Do**
- Take on recruitment assignments from active clients or bring in your own
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality hires
- Option to focus solely on sourcing or BD — we’re open to your strengths
- Work remotely, manage your own time, and deliver at your own pace

**Who We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- **CEI (KAH or Basic) certification** preferred — or willing to obtain it for compliance
- Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards (Seek, Indeed, Foundit, FastJobs), referrals, and direct outreach
- Independent, responsible, and client-oriented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruitment Agency: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CEI KAH or Basic Licence (preferred)

**Location**:

- Singapore (required)
