Responsible to lead a multi-function Squad in charge of delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVP’s) or project rollout in an Agile manner. Lead business analysists and product owner to define business requirements and user journey and ensure proper connection with the business, Operations, IT teams, Vendors and all other stakeholders throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Strong analytical skills. Experience of having conducted UAT for Trade Finance systems. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the gathering of user & system requirements from multiple stakeholders to create or update the back log for the roll out of new Regional Trade finance system in Singapore;
- Ensure the preparation of detailed end to end user stories (processes) and gap analysis (As is and To Be) timely;
- Ensure the preparation of the necessary test cases and SIT/UAT/Mock run scope and approach and providing guidance to testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders;
- Conduct User Testing, Training (Tester & User) Planning;
- Timely update to Program Lead and Co-chairs of the project overall status and escalade issues when needed;
- Prepare presentation to management as part of the hybrid (partly Agile) governance process.

Requirements:

- Min 5 years' Project Manager /Business Analysis experience with strong knowledge in transaction banking, particularly in Trade finance;
- Experience of Agile way of conducting projects as a product owner, scrum master of agile coach;
- Experience of Design thinking in financial services - preferably in Trade Finance - and Design Sprint (Understand, Ideate, prototype);
- Familiar with JIRA and Confluence as tools for project execution and communication in throughout Agile development cycles;
- Strong analytical skills. Experience of having conducted UAT for Trade Finance systems.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholders' management skills.
