Roles and Responsibilities:

- Relationship management and onboarding
- Obtain deep knowledge of clients’ business model, their trading strategies, maximising wallet share
- Attend to prospects or customers' enquiries on Futures, FX and CFDs trading, troubleshoot issues
- Implement tactical plans to expand customer base
- Lead and participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition
- Strong sense of ownership of financial KPIs and market share
- Work with various Exchanges, Vendor and External Providers to hold seminars and conduct marketing events
- Source and establish contact with prospects through customer and staff/Trading Representatives' referrals
- Assess prospect's suitability and engage prospects for account opening
- Work and coordinate with various departments such as Operations, IT, Risk Management or Finance to service customers' needs
- Work with banking group to cross sell Futures, FX and CFDs trading to internal clients

- Head, Futures, FX and CFD Business Development

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- A degree in Economics, or Finance is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Futures, FX and/or CFDs, with a good track record in sales and customer acquisition. Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Knowledge of derivatives products, in particular energy OTC products, and/or clearing is preferred
- A highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- possess ability to work independently and in a team
- As the role requires you to work with Chinese speaking clients, being proficient in Business Mandarin is an advantage, but not a requirement
