Hiring company has its operations in Singapore serving the Asia Pacific region and is wholly owned subsidy of Europe-base MNC. They are in the integrated security communications supplying hardware/ software for the environments with their Intelligent Critical Communication Solutions. **THE POSITION**

The Warehouse Supervisor manages and oversees all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and include supervising employees, coordinating logístical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. He (or she) should be outstanding and has good organizational and time management skills. With good performance and availability opportunity to progress to managerial level.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing warehouse staff and ensuring maintenance standards and storage areas are clean, compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Communicating on shipping and receiving issues and troubleshoot problems
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solution or rectify existing work procedures and practices.

**CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or higher in Business Management or Supply Chain & Logistics qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and experience.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and problem-solving skills.
- Input, retrieve and analyse data and getting the job done.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office and ERP or Warehouse Management software.
