Key Responsibilities:
Server Administration & Management:

- Install, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Perform regular maintenance activities, including patch management, system updates, and backups.Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services, ensuring seamless operations.

Security & Compliance:

- Conduct security audits, implement security best practices, and manage server hardening.
- Monitor and analyze server logs for potential security breaches or anomalies.Ensure compliance with healthcare industry security and data privacy standards.

Incident & Problem Management:

- Respond to and resolve server-related incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users or the IT support team.Provide root cause analysis and preventive maintenance to minimize service disruptions.

Virtualization & Network Support:

- Manage virtualization technologies such as VMware for server deployment and optimization.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support related network infrastructure components.

Collaboration & Documentation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support healthcare IT services.Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, processes, and incident records.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications: ITIL Certification (mandatory), Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Windows Server Administrator in an enterprise environment.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022).
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
- Experience with server virtualization (VMware).
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
