**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Network Management L3 Consultant** to provide advanced technical expertise, troubleshooting, and optimization for enterprise network infrastructure. The consultant will serve as the final escalation point for complex network issues, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal performance, security, and resilience of our network operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the **L3 escalation point** for complex network issues, ensuring swift resolution and mínimal downtime.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks.
- Maintain and enhance network monitoring and management platforms (SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, HP IMC, etc.).
- Collaborate with architecture teams to assess network requirements and propose solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and produce detailed post-incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with **security policies**, network standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead or support **network upgrade and migration projects**, including hardware refreshes and topology changes.
- Engage in **capacity planning** and performance tuning activities.
- Support **disaster recovery planning** and testing for network services.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **8+ years** in network engineering/consulting, with at least **3 years in an L3 role**.
- Expert knowledge of **routing & switching** protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).
- Strong hands-on experience with **firewalls, load balancers, and VPN technologies**.
- Proficiency with network management tools and monitoring platforms.
- Familiarity with **automation & scripting** (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications preferred**:CCNP/CCIE**, **JNCIP/JNCIE**, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with **cloud networking** (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to **Zero Trust Network** design and implementation.
- Knowledge of **ITIL processes** for incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience in **multinational enterprise** or **service provider** environments.
