**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Membership Consultation**:

- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their fitness goals and needs.
- Advise clients on the most suitable membership packages and promotions available.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into memberships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership options, promotions, and gym services.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all gym members and potential clients.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a welcoming and hospitable environment for all members and visitors.

**Administrative and Operational Duties**:

- Conduct daily administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
- Manage gym operations, such as checking in members, monitoring gym usage, and ensuring equipment is in good condition.
- Assist with the organization and execution of gym events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and enhance member experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with gym management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
