**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Commit to cost efficiency through the development of strategic sourcing programs and standardisation of technical specifications- Organise group contract tender, negotiate favorable contractual terms and conditions- Oversee and track the implementation of group contracts in different purchasing activities globally- Implement standardised tools and procedures to improve purchasing efficiency- Liaison with Strategic Business Units (SBU) and assist to promulgate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) practices in the implementation of group contracts in different projects and operations- Assist to strengthen group contracts through regular benchmarking, periodical review and supplier performance evaluation- Manage and assist to enhance the group database for suppliers- Lead the development of performance-driven supplier management process, communicate with group contract suppliers periodically and obtain structured feedback from SBU clusters- Implement and maintain group procurement policies. Assist to review and ensure relevance and conformance with best practices. Track compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements- Support procurement automation process, initiatives, data analytics and reporting

**Requirements**:
- Preferred degree in Information Technology or procurement related- Minimum of 8 years working experience in information technology or procurement related area- Cost and contract management experience in information technology related area would be advantageous- Possess good organization and coordination skills- Prudent and good team player- Be prepared to travel occasionally for this position
