**MAIN PURPOSE**

To develop sales through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement to each clientele with respect to the Maison’s spirit and heritage.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing strong sales turnover for the Boutique in accordance with the Boutique strategy
- Meeting the turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
- Respecting discount policy
- Achieve Key performance indicators defined by the Boutique Manager
- Satisfying customers
- Act as Ambassador of the Maison
- Delivery “Jaeger-LeCoultre” “Welcome to la Grande Maison” selling ceremony to exceed customer expectations
- Welcome & handle the clients in the respect of the Maison’s standards (In the Boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events)
- Adapt its style to each client need in order to offer the appropriated service
- Advise, convince & ensure that each sales is handled accordingly

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Building a long-term relationship with the client
- Manage and develop his/her client portfolio with a client centricity approach
- Ensure the prospection and the follow-up of new clients (local and international) in boutique, outside the boutique and with the brand omnichannel
- Enrich the client database using the welcome cards and CRM tools for client and prospect
- Be force of proposal to develop client actions (phone, mailing, networking etc.)
- Customer Service SAV
- Take care of each case according to the Maison’s standards
- Follow up on each case and communicate to the Boutique Manager each problem
- Product/Merchandise/Inventory Management
- Participate to the good management of the stock
- Reception & transfer
- Take part on inventory management / stocktake
- Check that all products are correctly handled & priced
- Look after the level of stocks of the accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.)
- Look after the merchandising (products are correctly emphasized according to the Boutique priorities, cleanliness, prices, etc.)
- Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications
- Following the different reports
- Other
- Respect of all procedures issued by the group in terms of sales, discount, CS, exchange, etc.
- Participate actively to Boutique meeting organized by the Boutique Manager (provide feed-back, propose new ideas / actions)
- Have complete and accurate knowledge of the Brand and our products
- Participate to the training given and consult all documents at disposal allowing a better understanding of the Maison, products and new collections
- Remain informed on the business through magazines and regular Boutique checks of the competitors
