Vp - Sea Market

**Key Responsibilities：**
1、Participate in client development efforts by demonstrating an understanding of SEA market, identifying potential business opportunities and developing business relationships with executives and other key stakeholders of prospective client companies；
2、Lead the team to complete the industry research efficiently, and lead and check the project implementation process (including business plan sorting, financial analysis, transaction structure design, due diligence, post negotiation, etc.);
3、Be responsible for project development and process management, and be able to propose different solutions with deal making;
4、Participate in both internal and external client meetings, fully grasp the types and needs of customers, highly accurately recommend investment institutions and confirm investment intention;
5、Maintain the core resources of the track, including customers / projects, investment institutions, governments, etc;
6、Work well with the other area/groups within Lighthouse Capital and provide support to others in the organization as may be needed from time to time.
**Key Requirements：**
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 5 years of investment banking/financial advisor/private equity market experience;
2、Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, able to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize results;
3、Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent/ native English and Mandarin;
4、Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders;
5、Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments;
6、High potential leadership skills and also team players;
7、Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment.
