Production Roaster

**Job Descriptions**
- Roast and blend various types of specialty coffee beans
- Operate roasting machines with Cropster roasting software
- Prepare green coffee for roasting
- Package coffee for retail, online & wholesale orders
- Maintain roasting equipment
- Evaluate green coffee samples through cupping
- Record data from production roasts
- Taste and evaluate roast profiles for constant improvement

**Job Requirements**
- Strong interest in coffee
- Prior roasting experience beneficial but not required
- 1-3 years working in coffee, production, or warehouse/fulfilment role
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads
- 5-days work week
