Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other
- AP & AR, petty cash of company
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Provide administrative support to department staff to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purpose
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
- Assist Management with recruitment process
- Assist Manager or sales team in any sales or operational activities
- Supporting works for general affairs, such as recruiting staffs, settlement of company’s expense, and arranging company events, etc.
- Monthly payroll, calculation of OT salary
- Liaising and submissions of all CPF, IRAS, MOM and other government agency requirements
- Issuing of all company related documents, new staff onboarding, resignation handling.
- Creation of staff documents, revamping of company policy when needed
- Handling of staff disputes/ feedbacks/ complaint
- Other adhoc administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Cheerful, energetic and open minded
- High adaptability to changes, innovative and takes initiative
- Advance level in English and Chinese, both written and speaking
- Local Diploma in any business field are welcome.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
