We are looking for an Operations Intern to oversee and manage daily operations in our company, making sure that everything is running smooth and according to schedule.

**Who we are?**

Omnidesk is a rapidly growing solutions provider for all things ergonomics, including smart desks and a bevy of accessories to help make productivity more comfortable.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations team to oversee and run daily business operations smoothly
- Assist Operations team in Event Management (Floor Planning, Events execution (Setup / Teardown))
- RMA conciliation, to collate necessary documents and liaise with suppliers for claims
- Constant review of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for improvements on operation processes Plan and develop strategies to prevent major disruption to daily operational processes

Learning Outcomes & Objectives
- To learn how to plan and execute projects
- To be exposed to situations where he/she would be able to build on strategic and analytical skills
- To be able to communicate well and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- To gain knowledge and skills in planning and developing strategies that aligns with company's goals
- To learn how to time manage, through managing concurrent projects and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- A good team player
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively across the team and organization, as well with external vendors
- Able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment under guidance
- Possess good planning and coordination skills
- 6 months of commitment period will be advantageous
