Singapore RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Our Client is a Fortune 500 Company and is one of the largest integrated refiners, marketer of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers in the world.
**Scope of Work**

1. Plays a leading role in material loss management for the largest operating units, including the 2 Steam cracking units and Utilities, which is important for accurate monthly financial reporting.

2. Responsible for oil accounting improvements and ensuring the operating plant is compliant to various Client’s control practices, including the Hydrocarbon Control Practices (HCP).

3. Managing Month End Closing
- Includes accuracy of information in GEMS upload file.

4. Managing Oil Loss Control & Stewardship
- Review and implement annual oil target & tolerance.
- Monthly oil loss stewardship against target.
- Investigation for high unaccounted oil loss.
- Support other BU oil loss review & investigation.

5. Managing internal and external transfer interface issue.
- Dispute handling - investigation / adjustment.
- Managing custody set-up for new facility, new streams, new product introduced to the plant + modification to existing custody stream.
- Inter-plant Agreement Sign-off.

6. Managing plant Business Control
- Managing plan HCP compliance and managing audit trail documentation for HCP deviations.
- Internal & External audit support (annual stock take, annual PWC audit, audit self-assessment, etc)
- Audit gap follow-ups.
- New control standard initiatives roll-out.
- Managing custody instrumentation and Oil Loss PM meter list - proving / record retention / audit compliance / contract & invoice processing for 3rd Party proving.
- SOP Oil Loss Manual & Custody Transfer Management Manual updates.

7. Lead Oil Loss improve projects and initiatives

8. Miscellaneous
- Annual NEA GHG submission
- Annual Government Surveys
- SOP UIA (every two years)

**Requirements**:

- No prior working experience is okay (preferentially 1-2yrs of working experience in a manufacturing setting)
- Diploma in Engineering (preferentially in Chemical - Engineering)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs (other data monitoring /analytical tools would be a bonus)
- Good analytical, collaborative and coordination skills
