We are seeking an Employee Success Business Partner to provide a full range of ES business partnership to the Tableau business across the APAC region. This role provides an opportunity for significant impact on our business success. In partnership with the Tableau APAC leadership team you will drive the people strategy for Tableau regionally and work with functional business leaders across the region in a matrix set up. Your role will focus on organisation design and effectiveness, building people strategies, change leadership, leadership coaching and executive consulting, diversity and inclusion and interpreting data and analytics to drive impact.

You will be part of the APAC ESBP regional team and in a partnership capacity work closely with the wider Employee Success team. This is a complex role and you should have proven capability that you can excel in a fast paced environment and feel comfortable working in a diverse and matrixed organisation. You will report into the Senior Director, Employee Success Business Partner, APAC.

**Your Impact**:

- Operates as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key people priorities.
- Promote people strategies that align with the business objectives focusing on the talent needed to execute on the vision. Drive results through development, succession planning, career development, skills gap analysis etc.
- Use data to support and advocate for a variety of business decisions that align to the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Strengthen the leadership team by providing coaching and development to senior leaders.
- Act as a change-agent as the business continues to reshape itself with a goal of providing a world class customer and employee experience.
- Innovate on existing programs to help leaders look around corners and drive better organisational results.
- Partner with our global Employee Success Centers of Excellence (COEs) and ES partners to deliver seamless employee success processes and programs across the organisation.
- Provide business leaders with analysis of client organisations' "health" by examining and investigating trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc.
- As a senior member of the ESBP team, this role may also create cross-functional initiatives and must be able to think beyond the aligned client group for broader impact and understanding.
- This role indirectly leads and partners with ESBPs supporting Tableau regionally and needs to be able to influence and cascade the People strategy across a diverse region.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining effective relationships with multiple stakeholders at senior business level
- Interpersonal skills and organisational agility. Ability to develop the trust of business executives and the support of the Employee Success COEs. Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen. Recognises and enjoys the business side of business. Has interest in the organisation’s performance, finances and operations and how talent management affects each. Approaches problem solving from a business-first perspective.
- Experience in developing, embedding and executing a holistic and broad range of people strategies that addresses identified business needs and driving significant business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to to effectively partner with and support a regionally matrixed organisation.
- Change management skills. Ability to add value through change management; help influence the culture and improve overall effectiveness of the business and teams.
- Problem solving and critical thinking. Approaches problem-solving from an evidence-based perspective, using sound reasoning and recognising how emotion affects decisions and implementation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be a concise communicator who can communicate through data.
- Knowledge and experience working across an APAC region (including Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN) is preferred.
- Ability to work with both onsite and remote leaders and teams effectively.
