**Job Title: Holistic Naturopath (Contract)**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Holistic Naturopath to join our team on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to provide specialized naturopathic care to clients seeking mental health support. We are not looking for conventional naturopaths; rather, we need professionals who can integrate holistic practices that complement our clients' journey towards holistic well-being.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with our team of psychologists, counsellors, and other wellness professionals to integrate naturopathic care into clients' holistic treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify clients' physical, emotional, and mental health needs online.
- Develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans that address clients' mental incapacitation and promote overall well-being.
- Offer guidance and support in implementing natural healing modalities such as herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, and other holistic interventions.
- Provide education and resources to clients on natural health practices, self-care techniques, and preventive measures to support mental and physical wellness.
- Empower clients to take an active role in their health by promoting self-awareness, self-care, and empowerment.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and promote long-term well-being.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in holistic naturopathic care and mental health.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or certification as a Naturopathic Doctor in Singapore (where applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a naturopath, preferably in a mental health or holistic wellness setting.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 10 consultation sessions per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Commitment to providing individualized, client-centered care that addresses the root causes of mental incapacitation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client schedules.
- Passion for holistic wellness and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing mental incapacitation.
