**Job Title: Integrative Yoga Instructor (Contract)**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Integrative Yoga Instructors to join our team on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to provide specialized yoga sessions tailored to individuals seeking mental health support. We are not seeking instructors for general yoga classes; instead, we need professionals who can integrate yoga practices that complement our clients' journey towards holistic well-being.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team of psychologists and counsellors to integrate yoga practices into clients' overall treatment plans.
- Able to offer 1-to-1 private yoga sessions at the Client’s location or at the instructor’s current studio (where available)
- Develop and implement specialized yoga programs designed to address the unique needs of clients facing mental incapacitation, including stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental disorders.
- Conduct individual or group yoga sessions using therapeutic techniques that promote relaxation and emotional regulation, including but not limited to breathwork and mindfulness.
- Provide guidance and support to clients as they explore the mind-body connection and learn to manage their mental health challenges through yoga and mindfulness.
- Adapt yoga practices to accommodate clients with varying levels of physical ability and mental health concerns.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during yoga sessions, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of all participants.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in yoga therapy and mental health care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Possession of valid working permits that allow employment in Singapore.

**Requirements**:

- Certification as a Yoga Instructor from a recognized training program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching yoga, preferably in a therapeutic or mental health setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of yoga techniques and practices that are beneficial for individuals facing mental incapacitation, such as stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 10 consultation sessions per week.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client schedules.
- Passion for holistic wellness and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
