As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ClassKorea PTE LTD, a dynamic startup, you will play a critical role in building and executing the company’s technology strategy from the ground up. This role requires a visionary leader with strong expertise in data, AI, and software development, combined with a solid understanding of the education industry and startup environments. You will focus on delivering customer-centric innovations by implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to create transformative education solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:
Develop and implement the company’s technology vision and roadmap, aligning with educational goals and overall business objectives.
Explore and adopt emerging technologies to enhance learning outcomes and user engagement.

Build scalable, secure education platforms from scratch, integrating AI-driven personalization and advanced analytics.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- **Technical Expertise**:
15+ years of experience in data, AI, and software development, including leadership roles.
Proven track record of developing and implementing scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions.
- **Cultural and Language Proficiency**:
Deep understanding of the Korean language and culture, with the ability to ensure cultural authenticity in product development.
- **Certifications**:
PMP, SCRUM, and Prosci certifications preferred.
- **Leadership Skills**:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.
