Singapore BANK OF CHINA LIMITED Full time

Job Descriptions:
1) To handle Structured Trade customers including back-to-back matching based on the assigned customers portfolio ensuring that the transactions are in line with the established Credit approval and Letter of Offer.

2) To be the primary contact with the Front and/or Middle office based on the assigned customers portfolio.

3) To perform vetting of LC drafts and provide comments.

4) To raise approval for cash-backed transactions and non-BacktoBack to TMO and Front Office.

5) To liaise with Processing Centre in relation to SBLC and LC issuance.

6) To liaise with internal/external customers in providing trade related advice, if necessary.

7) Scanning and filing of office copies.

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 - 4 years of Trade Operation experience
- External trade related qualification (e.g. CDCS) preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customers.
