The Role

The Operation & Administration Executive will play a central role in ensuring smooth operation the investment team. This includes:
**Investment Operations**
- Daily reconciliations of brokers’ positions and bank statements with internal records and reporting to management
- Facilitate the opening of bank and broker accounts upon request
- Consolidate accounts and cashflow of the private investment companies owned by Bond Capital Partners and reporting to stakeholders
- Assist with providing weekly portfolio estimates to internal stakeholder
- Ability to escalate any operational control deficiency and provide suggestion to mitigate such risks

**Administrative**
- Preparing of invoices and debit notes for both administrative and investment related transactions
- Preparation of meeting minutes and agenda for investment team and scheduling of meetings for managers
- Data entry of monthly claims and distribution
- Archiving of documentation
- Scheduling of meetings for managers
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of bookkeeping/administrative experience
- Strong capability to prioritize workload and able to perform independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree holders with accountancy / finance / banking / business specialisations are preferred.
- Enjoy working in a close knitted environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
