As a Business Development Associate, you will drive company growth through strategic initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the customer base in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and effectively position products/services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Tailor solutions to meet client requirements and showcase the value proposition of offerings.
- Conducting thorough research, competitive analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth, and using insights to make strategic decisions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams like marketing, product, and operations to align business development with company objectives and ensure smooth client engagements.
- Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software to monitor progress, prepare reports on sales performance, and forecasts.

**Key qualifications include**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- A solid grasp of sales principles and strategies for business development.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, building rapport, and influencing others.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on details.
- Proficient in CRM software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,969.42 - $4,699.32 per month
