**Description**:

- Perform BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies to meet project deliverable requirements.
- Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project needs and requirements.
- Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements.
- Handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
- Prepare authorities’ submission drawings, forms, and documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work assignments when adhering to deadlines.
- Oversee and interface with the design team and information managers for information coordination.
- Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
- Manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field with at least 10 years relevant experience in infrastructure design and BIM implementation or related field.
- Must be proficient in Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of Synchro or Fuzor will be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management and external vendors will be an added advantage.
