The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.
We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.

**[What you will be working on]**

You will be part of a dynamic team to strategize, develop and execute career promotion, engagement and talent attraction plans with our target audience. We work closely with various stakeholders such as Built Environment (BE) firms, other government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) to engage our target audience (i.e. students in pre-IHL to IHL levels) and put in place plans and programmes to attract, groom and retain the talent and manpower pipeline for our sector.

In this position, you will not only play a pivotal role in leading and planning some of these programmes and breaking new grounds to better brand the BE Sector as the career of choice, you will also look into developing, strategizing and executing plans to attract and retain students to take built environment courses and join the BE sector subsequently.

**[What are we looking for]**
- A tertiary qualification in business/human resource/built environment or related course is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and work well in a team.
- Able to work independently and have a good eye for details in operations and administration work.
- Enjoy working with various groups of stakeholders (i.e. IHLs, BE firms, other government agencies and TACs) and students at pre-IHL (i.e. Secondary and JC) to IHL (i.e. ITE to Uni) levels.
- Experience in the Built Environment sector or knowledge of Built Environment careers and courses will be highly advantageous.
