**Job Opening: Customer Service Assistant**

**Salary: SGD1,600 - SGD1,800**

**5 days of work per week.**

**The Company is the first wholesaler and retailer of alternative gourmet, organic, allergen and preservative free specialty foods in Singapore. Products and services offered include full comprehensive range of organic meat (beef, lamb and chicken), full comprehensive range of free-range meat (beef, lamb, pork and game meat), value added meat products alongside gluten-free pastries, superfood, sauces and condiments.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Customer Service Assistant assist the production unit in receiving and processing day to day customer orders. Also need to provide administrative support to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders

**Job Responsibility**
- Execute customer servicing function such as ordering taking and follow up
- Prepare sales orders, sales invoice, delivery order for customer
- Operate selected functions of Customer Relationship Management (Unleased) System
- Liaise with delivery drivers on customer orders details
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirement**
- High School/O level/N level/ITE/Commercial certification.
- Willing to learn and well organize of work/job assigned.
- Positive & cheerful attitude.
- Able to work independently and maintain good relationships with team members.
- Prefer with 1-year working experience.
- Open to work in Pandan Loop (West)
