Key Responsibilities
- General admin duties including answering phone calls.
- Support office administration, manage mails & courier service
- Scanning, typing, printing reports and filing of documents.
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required.
**Requirements**:
- Should have good typing skills with experience in EXCEL and WORD;
- Some working experience in a CPA firm is preferred;
- Possess high degree of professionalism and is able to handle deadlines with commitment;
- Should have good inter-personnel skills.
- Fast learner, multi-tasking, team player
Salary range $2,000 - $2,500 per month
