This role is situated within the Singtel Group Corporate Procurement business unit. As a Sustainability Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing responsible procurement policies and practices in collaboration with our Group Sustainability team. You will be responsible for creating and managing procurement sustainability goals, driving supplier engagement on sustainability matters, and staying updated with industry-leading best practices for sustainable procurement.

**Make an Impact by**
- Identifying programmatic ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the supplier engagement programme across different tiers of the supplier base.
- Engaging suppliers and influence them to embark on the decarbonization journey and enable them to reduce supplier emissions in accordance to Singtel Responsible Procurement Policy
- Conducting supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Working with vendors to develop sustainability targets and implement sustainability plans that align with the organization's sustainability goals and objectives.
- Supporting the development and implementation of Singtel responsible procurement strategy that aligns with the Group.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and customers, to identify opportunities for sustainable procurement practices.
- Identifying Green Policies, Net Zero/decarbonization and Social, Governance best practices across Procurement space.
- Providing training and support to procurement teams to ensure understanding is aligned across Group and in compliance with sustainable procurement policies and practices.

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in Procurement and/or Sustainability with a focus on sustainable procurement practices.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability issues related to procurement, including environmental and social factors
- Possess a strategic focus with the ability to analyse, formulate and implement sustainable procurement strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sustainability reporting and data analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bonus if have knowledge in external rating system such as Ecovadis, Sustainalytics, Sedex or CDP
