Responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring that work progresses smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment, facilitating effective communication and resolving any technical challenges that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of site conditions, project changes, and inspection results; prepare detailed reports for stakeholders to track progress and compliance.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet or exceed industry standards and best practices.
- Identify potential construction issues proactively and develop effective solutions to minimize delays, avoid additional costs, and maintain project timelines.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the technical aspects of the work being performed.
- Assist in tracking project budgets related to materials, labor, and technical resources, contributing to cost-effective project management.
- Provide training and support for junior staff or subcontractors, ensuring they understand technical processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, promoting a safe and sustainable construction environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
