Within **Asia Operations **, the **Securities team **is responsible for processing and managing the risk relating to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate action (income & ELN redemption), asset creation and maintenance.

The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:

- The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities function.
- Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed
- Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.

**2. **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE, DEGREES: Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance / Engineering

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Experience in banking operations, in particular trade operations, is a plus. Knowledge of Equities, Bonds, Funds and Derivatives trade confirmations / reconciliations is preferable.

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: Familiar with financial products (Equities, Bonds, Funds and Derivatives, such as listed option or accumulator and deccumulator. Knowledge about SWIFT messages types MT54* messages is a plus.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge and practice of Office suite. VBA/Macro a plus

**3. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Responsibilities**

**Daily BAU**
- The managing and execution of trade operations, working with clients and counterparts
- Ensure that such transactions are processed in a timely manner, and are accounted for accurately in the system.
- Ensure that issues are escalated in a timely manner
- Ensure reconciliation is investigated and/or rectified and commented promptly
- Potential cross training to other processes, where opportunities arises.
- Close collaboration with colleagues within and across teams, locally and abroad, to provide clients with learnt technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.

**Others**
- Participates to Azqore Operations projects and other process improvement initiatives, where possible
