Asia Operations provide operational capabilities to Azqore's client banks, allowing them to focus on executing their strategy, reduce operational costs, and manage operational risks. Commitment to quality and continuous process improvement is central to all Asia Operations activities. It is a key function to facilitate and drive Azqore's growth by prioritizing client needs, delivering value, and increasing satisfaction.

Within Asia Operations, the Securities team manages processing and risks related to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate actions (income, cash), and asset creation and maintenance.

The incumbent will be part of this team and will be responsible for:

  • The processing and control of securities processes.
  • Ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide technical expertise and solutions accurately and promptly.

We are seeking an Operations Associate in charge of Securities Transfers.

Your responsibilities

  • Understanding core systems and process workflows is essential.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of market nuances and a comprehensive understanding of the processes handled.
  • Proactively managing and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally.
  • Participating in projects, driving, and implementing process improvements.

Your core competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in securities settlements and/or
