At WS Audiology, our Global Operations team plays a vital role in serving our customers an end-to-end committed approach: from sourcing to manufacturing and delivering the end-product. We are always striving for operational excellence by adopting the best practices.

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Operations NPI to guide and coordinate NPI projects from initiation to launch while ensuring alignment to Global Operations strategies, including WSA sustainability goals. You will be be working closely with R&D, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Strategic Procurement, Advance Engineering and Manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the execution of NPI related activities in collaboration with internal operations functions to achieve the goals set out. This shall include effective engagement, risks / issues management, communication and escalation.
- Keep abreast of the product roadmap and Global Ops strategies to engage external and internal stakeholders early leading to the NPI, ensuring specifications are understood and translated appropriately into project / product requirements.
- Familiar with the Ops NPI Framework and ensuring alignment with the R&D Product Launch Methodology (PLM). This includes regular review, update and adjustments working across functions and internally within Ops.
- Support R&D to pass all internal/external audit with respect to the Ops contribution in the PLM processes
- Guide or support any projects/tasks as assigned to achieve the overall NPI goals

**What are we looking for?**
- Working experience handling operations NPI processes from inception to products roll-out and meeting after sales service expectations
- Working knowledge of ISO13485, the medical device industry and respective inter-dependent functions engagement roles in the NPI process
- Effective communicator and ability to influence and engage. Ability to speak multi-languages working with the global sites/teams would be an added advantage
- Solid analytics capabilities to support decision
- Proven project management expertise to coordinate complex projects across different countries and cultures to deliver projects with the highest quality meeting desired goals
