**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Mentor and technical advisor to senior and junior engineers in delivering an ODM product that is tested with maximum test coverage at optimum efficiency. Design all the test methodology and software concept from scratch for different NPI projects with various customers.
- Lead the overall development schedule to meet customer timeline.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORIZATION LEVEL**:

- Lead the entire program for a customer.
- Be the designer for testing plans, strategies, flow and procedures for ODM products and advise senior and junior engineers regarding the implementation in NPI phases.
- Develop the test methodology and design the test concept in terms of software/hardware from scracth for various NPI projects and customers.
- Evaluate the feasibility of implementation for all RND request during NPI stages and ensure sufficient product information availability.
- Ready to multi-task and lead junior engineers in various NPI projects. Support them whenever needed.
- Document all new test concepts and methodologies for more efficient implementation by junior engineers and information exchange.
- Have strong contacts with the test engineering vendors in software/hardware fields and able to advise junior engineers to pull external support whenever needed.
- Participtes in reviewing of RFQ with test /program managers and advise the technical workload translation into cost.
- Participates actively in NPI activities as the lead to ensure smooth transistion into mass production by senior and junior engineers.
- Generate product manuals and presentation materials for training and product introduction to potential customers.

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**:

- Master/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Test Engineering or Computer Science, with min 10 years relevant experience in NPI test development environment.

**JOB-RELATED SKILLS**:

- Strong in software concept design using Microsoft Visual Basic.net, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft SQL, Linux, Labview 2017, TestStand 2017 and TwinCAT. Good to have exposure in Linux, TCL, VEE, Python and Microsoft J++
