**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Yamal Trade Pte Ltd**, a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) produced in Yamal Peninsula (Russia).

Yamal Trade is looking for LNG Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing Team and based in Singapore. The appointee will be involved in the marketing and sales of LNG and Condensate produced from Yamal LNG plant.

The key role consists in implementing the LNG and Condensate sales contracts by ensuring that Yamal Trade’s contractual obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner including:

- Computing contract prices for LNG and Condensate cargoes from various indexes (Brent, JCC, TTF, NBP, etc.);
- Preparing and issuing invoices for LNG and Condensate cargoes;
- Preparing financial analytics for revenue from discharged and forecasted LNG and Condensate sales on weekly and monthly basis. Monitoring, ensuring consistency/reliability and reporting of relevant data as applicable;
- Input and supervision of relevant data for LNG and Condensate sales at internal management system of Yamal Trade;
- Collecting and cross-checking LNG cargo documentation, including LNG quality and LNG quantity reports to make sure they comply with LNG sales contracts requirements (especially for LNG quantity determination procedure/conditions);
- Assisting management for non-routine contractual and/or commercial issues related to LNG and Condensate sales contracts implementation with support from Legal and Operation Teams (including swaps, diversions, re-loading, etc.);
- Developing and improving internal workflow processes & procedures in relation to LNG and Condensate sales contracts implementation;

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years in LNG sales contracts implementation/management.
- Good knowledge and understanding of LNG sales contracts (ADP, contractual quantities accounting, contract price calculation, invoicing, credit support, LNG specifications, liabilities, etc.).
- Good knowledge of LNG market: pricing formation, price indexes, shipping costs, etc.
- Experience in LNG spot tenders will be valuable
- Commercial negotiation experience and strong analytical skills
- Writing skills (Ability to draft notices and letters related to LNG sales contracts)
- Legal background could be a plus (English law, etc)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliability and confidentiality skills are key for this position

Yamal Trade Pte Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of JSC Yamal LNG, a Joint Venture between Novatek OAO (50.1%), Total (20%), CNODC (20%) and Silk Road Fund (9.9%). This JV owns and operates a LNG plant of 16.5 Million Tons per annum capacity located at Sabetta, a port on the Yamal Peninsula in West Siberia. Some Stabilised Gas Condensate is also produced.

Yamal Trade is incorparated in Singapore and is responsible for the transportation and marketing of this production to Europe and North East Asia mainly.
