Binance is a client-facing business, and Customer Service is extremely important for us. We hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support is conducted including but not limited to customer queries, training, and identification approval processes for institutional clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the crypto industry and want to be part of a seamless and enjoyable client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initial outreach to actively seek and establish new leads with potential institutional clients via various channels
- Liaising with institutional clients for availability and scheduling meetings with relevant parties
- Assist with all aspects of the Client Onboarding process, providing support to relevant teams
- Craft messaging to assist with unique client inquiries
- Support and assist Client Success Managers with day to day tasks based on workload
- Be an advocate for the crypto industry and an educator to new clients

**Requirements**:

- Proactive, meticulous, and mission-driven, able to be successful in a distributed work environment
- Fluency in English essential, Mandarin is a plus
- Customer-passionate approach
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Telecommunications experience will be an advantage
