**Your day to day**
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager, Mainstream Brand - SEAK to be based in Singapore and will support the Brand Director for Mainstream Brands, SEAK in developing, managing and executing end-to-end brand management and guest experience workstreams for the SEAK region that differentiates the brand, drive commercial advantage and brand preference through consumer and owner-centric growth strategies.
**Brand Management**
- Support the Director of Mainstream Brands in developing the strategic brand plans and executing brand initiatives
- Conduct monthly brand performance tracking and putting plans in place for continuous improvement
- Develop and update supporting tools for cross functional teams and hotels and manage Brand Central to ensure the platform and its content are up-to-date and accurate
- Support the preparation and update of brand presentations, development pitch material and reports as required.
**Project Management (Guest Experience Projects)**
- Opportunity to lead and manage selected projects across SEAK & EMEAA, from factbase development to gaps analysis to project chartering, solutions development, stakeholders’ engagement to embedment in hotels (Hotel ready)
- Support the roll-out of global regional guest experience projects.
- Plan, set up and lead required project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensures clear tracking and measurement systems are in place to quantify project embedment and success, and identification of gaps and improvements needed
**Brand Custodianship**
- Go-to brand resource in SEAK to provide assistance to new and existing hotels and cross-functions like Hotel Lifecycle, Development, Operations, Marketing Shared Services, Guest Experience Shared Services and Commercial teams
- Ensure support centre colleagues and hotel colleagues understand the brand proposition and able to operationally deliver against brand promise and hallmarks for compliance
- Support new hotels opening process to ensure our hotels are not only on-brand, but also ramp up quickly to deliver Heartbeat and Commercial performance
- Brand standards management and brand standards audit, and provide alternative arrangements or waivers support to hotels
- Budget management, payment procedures, tracking and reporting
**What we need from you**
**Education**
- Degree level education, ideally with a business/marketing element or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Additional courses and studies desirable i.e. Marketing, Hospitality etc
**Experience**:
- 3 to 5 years of progressive work related experience in a corporate marketing environment with demonstrated proficiency in one or more functions related to position, including Brand marketing or brand experience development; project management, data reporting and analysis; Market research & insight; Integrated marketing campaigns and promotions development
- Experience in a global MNC with matrix management environment and multi-functions
- Demonstrate past experiences in taking accountability, being proactive and resource to seek tackle issues and solutions
- of a workstream or task
- Use of internal analytics tools (ie. Tableau) to pull data and deliver well-structured analysis supported with data visualisation
**Technical Skills and Knowledge**:
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Data analytics skills
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills including group decision facilitation
- Strong team player mindset with a can-do attitude
- Meticulous and high attention to details
